Hello MA Kindergarten teachers!

My son just completed Kindergarten last year. During the year, I was asked to come in and do a nature presentation (after the local newspaper did an article on our backyard wildlife). Well, it turned into a 4 part series! The teachers said that there is little time for things outside of literacy prep, and the nature sessions were very well received and seemed to be highly valued. Just wanted to get more thoughts and experiences on this, as I'm thinking about launching a non-profit organization just for kindergarten students. Please let me know your thoughts. . . jo/ma Hi Bill... I think this is a great idea. Just make sure your presentation is aligned with the Mass. Science Standards.
