I am in the current cohort of the PG Resident Teacher program. PG does this cause they areDESPERATE for teachers
They wouldn't need to offer a program like this if an adequate number of qualified teachers were willing to work in PG. Many who start out there, leave. There's a high turnover in the county. That's why they offer the program.
