Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

I am currently a teacher in Howard County, but live in Montgomery County. I am trying to transfer over, but the website for MCPS is horribly slow, and doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere. I was told to just cold-call principals and send in my resume, but I don't want to step across lines I shouldn't. Any ideas on how to move counties??
mark You don't really transfer. You get a new job. I'm assuming you applied using the online application for MCPS? Well..., it's December, what do you expect? Really no one is hiring for the next school year yet.

Current MoCo Teacher You can call or email principals all you want. You might even get an interview. However, unless HR calls you for a SCREENING interview, no school is going to hire you first -- been there, done that. That's non-negotiable.
