I have a 6-12 social studies teaching certificate in the state of Michigan with an RX endorsement. I have never taught in Michigan and have been living in Chicago for the past four years.
I am about to complete my masters degree in library media and would like to add this endorsement to my Michigan certificate. I know that I needed to be certified in first aid and CPR to receive my initial teaching certificate but I am unsure if I need to re-certify to add the ND endorsement. I would appreciate any help from those that have been in a similar situation.
