Michigan Teachers Chatboard

Aesop has been used where I live for the past 5 years,and every year I seem to work fewer days. I am actually registered to sub in two school board districts, often driving up to 2 hours one way for a day of work. The system (Board, Union, etc.) has give the job assignment power to administrators, who regularly squirrel away sub days for a few preferred subs. Some of these preferred subs never even have to log in to AESOP to find work as they are simply assigned by their benevolent benefactors. The rest of us are told to simply keep trying and stay logged in to AESOP. I have even been bumped from days I found on AESOP because the days were already "promised" to another sub. I found this out when the administrator called me to apologize for bumping me out of a day!
