Teaching Jobs on Teachers.Net

The other day a full time teacher called me and asked me to get on Aesop so I could be her substitute. As soon as she submitted her absences request, I refreshed my browser. Her job was there so I quickly clicked "accept." A message came up which said posting was locked at this time and try again later. So I immediately tried again - same thing happened and same message. Then I hit refresh again and this time her job was gone and another teacher had in fact accepted it. It was 6:00 in the evening so the chance another sub would have been on Aesop the exact time when all this transpired is hard to believe. This made me wonder the fairness of the process of Aesop.
