discipline problems, poor principals, instructional
coaches that are constantly in your business and act like
they own your classroom, and on and on.

These problems happen in all urban districts and are not unique to KCMO. Any
classroom is as disciplined as the teacher makes it. Like all districts, there are
primarily good children there. As in all districts, ask questions before accepting a
