If a teacher is written up, how does that affect career
ladder opportunity for that year?

For Career Ladder, all areas have to be in at least "meets
expectations" and then an increasing percentage in "exceeds
expectations." I would think in general if a teacher
were "written up" it would be hard to mark them as "meets
