Recently we were told that our data from common assessments had to be entered on the drive, I can see how this information is helpful for our team's instructional planning. My problem is that the whole faculty will be able to see each grade level's data and each child's name. I think this is a privacy issue on so many levels.What do you think? Also our facilitators have said that we (all grade levels) will need to post our lesson plans on the drive by Friday. So 1 day a week is data planning/MTSS, one day is for Literacy, and one for math/SS & Sci. That leaves one day to actually attempt to plan and one day to post stuff on the drive. Does anybody else have something like this being implemented this year? I have been a NC educator for over 20 years and find this is making me angry. I think it shows a lack of respect for our students (data) and for our teachers. Comments ?
ElementaryTeach2003 At my school, we do enter our common assessments on Google Drive. However, we only enter a percentage of proficiency and no names of students are entered. We upload a lot of data to the drive too.
