Gov. wants to fund private schools?

I keep hearing ads from the NJEA stating the Gov. wants to help fund private and religious schools. Is this true or are they leaving some facts out? I thought we had separation of church and state.

Lee The voucher program is really a scholarship program that will give 100% tax deductions to companies who put up the money for these scholarships to private schools (of their choice). Indirectly, we the taxpayers are paying for it through tax deductions but we have no voice as to who gets the scholarships or what schools they are used for. 75% of the...See MoreThe voucher program is really a scholarship program that will give 100% tax deductions to companies who put up the money for these scholarships to private schools (of their choice). Indirectly, we the taxpayers are paying for it through tax deductions but we have no voice as to who gets the scholarships or what schools they are used for. 75% of the scholarships are to go to new private school enrollments and 25% can be used for existing private school students. There is a financial need requirement for the recipients. This is just a scam to divert public money to private schools.
