I am getting ready to take the US History OSAT in January and am extremely nervous about it. Does anyone have any examples over the constructed response question? Any recommendations on what to study? Any good study guides? Any help appreciated!

I will be taking the OPTE for School Counselor in the future. I was previously alternately certified and received a teaching license in secondary education (6-12). I was wondering which OPTE I need to take (the 6-12?)and if there is a separate OPTE for school counselors.
A difficult situation at my school is wearing me down. I love working with my students, but may have to give it up. Does anyone know what I can do with a degree in elementary education, an early childhood certificate and 10+years experience? I don't even know where to begin. Can I get a job with the state and keep my retirement?
