Is anyone having any luck finding teaching positions who is alternatively certified? I have passed the tests, passed the interview and received my license, etc. but have yet to find a school district that seems to want to hire someone who is alternative certified. During the interviews most responses I get are that they don't feel that a person is qualified unless they have gone through the certification the traditional way. Any feedback and direction would be appreciated.
