need to interview teacher asap

Hi I am attending an online college and need to interview an Elementary School teacher for an assignment. The schools have not started yet and so I was hoping for some help. Here is what I need if anyone can please help me. I am needing to have a teacher him or her reflect on students’ development in each developmental domain: o Physical o Cognitive or intellectual o Emotional o Social o Site information: Teacher’s name, grade level, location, and type of classroom Your help is certainly appreciated my assingment is due on Monday and I have to write a 750-1000 word paper on the answers. I appreciate all your help.

I have an elementary background (but have worked special ed to get my foot in the door). The ways I reflect on a student in theses areas...

physical: 1. age/grade (where they held back in school?) 2. any exceptionalities? (ADHD, Dyslexic, diabetic, LD, Bipolar, ect) 3. vision? do they need glasses? 4. Is the student cross dominate? (this will have a major impact on students reading!!!!) 5. What medications do they take and WHEN do they take them? Is the student consistent on taking medication? 6. Does the student miss school often?

Cognitive: 1. IQ score 2. subject strengths/weaknesses 3. reading level 4. include list of skills mastered (time, money, addition, etc) 5. Do they turn in homework on time? 6. Is student working indpendently in classroom or heavily relying on para support? 7. Is the student ESOL?

Emotional: 1. Is student self motivated? 2. Is the student optimistic / pesstimistic? 3. How does the student handle stress? 4. Does the student like school/teachers?

Social: 1. does the student have peer friends? 2. Who (ages/location) are the students closest friends? 3. How well does the student relate to adults? 4. How well does the student work in small class groups? 5. How is the students relationships with family members? 6. How is the students homelife? 7. What activities is the student involved/interested in? 8. What is the students hobbies?

name: Jessie Fishel grade level: K-6 current assignment: just got married & unemployed classroom experience: 7 years types of experience: para, substitute, teacher, sped teacher degrees: Elementary education, ESOL, Adaptive Special Education, Master's in Curriculum and Instruction, and 8 or so classes towards an Early Childhood Endorsement.
