Troops to Teacher and PE and coaching?

I'm a former All State of Oklahoma small school football player that has served 6 year as a Navy medic with the Marine Infantry (2002-2008). I have a bachelors in Park and Recreations, Park Law Enforcement, with minors in Wild-land Fire fighting, multiple disciplinary of allied health. My Parks classes dealt a lot with the kinsoligy department as well. I'm doing the troops to teacher rout to become qualified as a Physical Educations/ Safety teacher and was wandering what would be my odds of coaching as an becoming an assistant coach in football? As well as how great is the job opportunities are in Oklahoma? I'm all so looking to take the OSAT in US history as well, after I get my teachers certification. Thank you for your time and help. Fox
