Does anyone know, or know where I can find information, about getting certified? I will be graduating next year with a bachelors degree in childhood/special ed from a private college in New York. Thanks!

Be aware that when they say how long it takes they really mean that time or longer so apply as soon as you have your information together.
A sped certification will help in your job search. It was a good choice.
