I have already started a teaching position, but have been offered another position which is in a better school and county. Simply, what can be done to break my current contract with out my certification being suspended for one year?

CSA TODAY "Right to work state' is a euphemism for 'right to work for LESS state.' It indicates a backwards-looking polity that is hostile to teacher unions, worker rights, etc.

TechnoMage Its complicated. After a period of time, a teacher gets a "continuing" contract. State employees are the only employees in SC, not considred to be "at wll" workers.
