I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right
direction concerning the teacher pay scale in Wisconsin.
Basically what I want to know is how much more money will
someone make if they get a masters degree. Is it a
percentage, a hard amount, is there a bonus, does it kick
in right away, is there an amount it's not to exceed, etc..

Any help will be greatly appreciated...
Districts differ /blockquote>

I believe it is going to depend on the district one teaches
in. You might want to check the district website or call/e-
mail for the information. There may be other factors like
PI-34.

Check with your central office for the specifics for your
situation.

Where I work it is a set amount raise. Depending on when you
finish it kicks in either Jan 1 or the start of school.

Hope this helps.

Actually, I was wondering the same.
I am in college right now, earning a degree to become a teacher,
and we're doing a type of project thing, and i was wondering how
much teachers make in Ohio.

Can anyone help me out?

sirrahalegna In my district, it allows you to move up on the payscale to steps that you could not reach without it no matter how many years of experience you have.

If you go to most district websites (or union sites and look at contracts) you can find the scale which is usually has one axis based on years of experience and the other axis based on units...See More
