Gilmer County schools have been taken over by the state. Does anyone have experience with working in a system under these conditions? I was just wondering what to expect for day to day operations.

been there It happened in Hampshire county. I was in one of the middle schools, but great problems also existed in the high school. When the county was again given control a supeintendent was hired. been there Yes the superintendent hides in her office, taking no responsibility. I have noticed that over the last couple years the westtest scores are going down. I did enjoy that year that the state was in charge.

been there to JMO JMO: It is very difficult to even get a lawyer to file a law suit. I was libled and slandard. I have the evidence and witnesses. Could not get a case.
