I had read that the Wyoming legislature is considering installing videocameras in classrooms to evaluate teachers. I was appalled by this. Some people have commented that they wouldn't mind this, that it would help administrators/parents view undesirable student behavior, and that if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, this is ok.

No it isn't ok. Are they going to install videocameras in physician's offices? I believe that even observing teachers is unprofessional but this would take the cake. Has this been approved? How have your experiences been?
