    Good afternoon teachers,

    I am currently carrying out a research assignment, as part
    of my access to healthcare course. The research i am looking
    into is regarding the views of teachers on teaching well
    being classes in schools.

    If you have a few minutes spare to fill out a short
    questionnaire it would be very much appreciated.
