Walked with a friend this morning then another 1,000 steps by myself for a total of 11,000 steps. Big heat wave, ugh. It was quite warm at 9:00am. Good work, men, I'm impressed! Bea, thinking of you.

Early Bird Judy--beating the best 2 ways. I hadn't seen Stepz. I just have the genetic one. I'm still considering a pedometer.

We are in the midst of a heatwave but that didn't stop me today. After walking the first grader I ride my bike to cycling class. Very peaceful ride to and from class. I got 18 miles in during class.
