The World Congress on Sustainable Technologies (WCST-2017) is Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE UK/RI Computer Chapter. It is a multidisciplinary congress, bridging efforts across the natural, social and engineering sciences, the environment and development of communities. The congress covers a wide spectrum of topics that relate to sustainability, which includes technical and non-technical research areas. It also encourages sharing new knowledge in the field of sustainable technologies and the environmental impacts.
The mission of WCST-2017 is to provide the opportunities for collaboration and reflection that have the potential to greatly enhance the infrastructure and capacity for conducting and applying art, science and technology for sustainability. The WCST bridges the gap between academia and industry by creating awareness of current development in sustainable technologies.

Any of you exercisers have a go-to snack/dessert that is low carb and not too sugary? I don't mind some sugar as it is natural and artificial sweeteners are not. I tried to Google but the only things coming up are processed, processed snacks.

<h3><font color=blue>Passover is, above everything, the commemoration of the great Deliverance – a deliverance which transformed a horde of slaves into a people.
I'm considering consolidating the 200 or so boards down into a more coherent system, a taxonomy including "groups":
* states * grade levels (ec, elementary, middle, hs, college) * curricula (math, science, letters, art, music, ss) * peer groups (large/busy/independent enough to warrant their own group, such as subs, special ed, retired)
Users can join these groups to post to them, and if you're in the group the posts would get streamed to your chatboard feed.
Everything else would shift to a "tag" system, where you could post to the general interest teacher board, but select a tag to flag that posting. You could select "tags of interest" in your profile to have them included in your feed.
The more concise groups would allow a coherent taxonomy for lesson plans, job listings, etc., and the tags would permit special interests to develop and track discussions and content. Tags demonstrating broad enough interests could be moved into a peer group.
I want to develop a "meta forum" (like Stack Overflow) where users can serve as an ad hoc advisory committee, proposing and voting on changes to the site. Like this idea here.
The food thing freaks me out after what happened at our family Christmas dinner--some would take 2-3 pieces of cake at one time so others did not get any. And they were like "Christmas only comes once a year so I'm gonna enjoy it!!" Totally lacking in regard for others who didn't get any cake. One cousin made sure she set aside cake for her family plus a few extra pieces. When I went to put it back on the dessert table, she stuck her finger in the top of each piece to "mark" it! There was a large, beautiful cake with enough for everyone to have a piece and then cookies and pies. I am thinking of having only 1 dessert at the family reunion, maybe ice cream in portioned cups?
Also thinking of one vegetarian meal and one meat meal (likely fried chicken). To simplify and if anyone wants something different to provide it themselves? Thoughts?
Do be careful about allergies. It might take just a tiny bit or even casual contact to kill someone. Two people in my family have allergies this severe, to different things. As for vegans, no need to fix a whole separate meal, just have a couple of substantial sides they can eat -- a garden salad and a pasta or potato dish, so they won't leave hungry.

You need a firm banana for each person, plain Greek yogurt
(I use FF), chocolate protein powder and chopped nuts
(walnuts or pecans). For 2 bananas I mix a half cup or
more yogurt with 1/2-1 scoop protein powder with a whisk
until it's well blended. Cover bananas liberally with...See More
