Has anyone taken the FTCE Math 6-9 or Elementary Education K-6, if so what resources did you use to pass? Any suggestions for preparing for the test?

I heard NavaEd was a great resource for FTCE Middle Grades Math 5-9. However, they stopped selling their FTCE products.
