Went out with DH for supper yesterday. As we were finishing up, a truck ran into the brick wall of the restaurant!! It hit the area of the booth behind us. We were next to the window. It could have been very bad! Today I have a sore back and shoulder. I went to pt for exercise and ended up with a hot pack, at the insistence of one of the gals who works there. It does feel better. Just going to take it easy today and use DM's heating pad for a while.

After the excitement of seeing otters yesterday, today's solo walk was uneventful. I did get my 10,000 steps but then made a big lunch for us: hamburgers are my favorite food. Since I'd blown it, I continued with a big chocolatey dessert. Oh well, it was delicious...and tomorrow is another day. :)
