Hi, all!

Bev and Babs: egarding pedometer readings, I think my pedometer probably is not spot-on accurate, but close enough for me. I'm short with short legs (sadly), so a mile takes about 2,400 steps. So when you see my bigger numbers, you don't have to be as impressed! ;) Someone with a longer stride would record less steps for the same mileage.

I'm sorry I haven't been reporting in, but I have not had much to announce, unfortunately. We've been having rainy days here and once again I just have not found the motivation to do some indoor exercising as an alternative. However, by just writing this now I felt like I must do SOMETHING, so I searched online and followed along to a 30-minute low-impact cardio workout. It was a beginner one by Body Project. Not overly hard for someone out of shape like me. Felt good.

Walker I've been very good about walking outside when I can or house walking when weather is bad. But lately my back has started hurting, about 30 minutes into the walk, whether I walk in or outside. Bev-MI 10,167 steps, most on the treadmill. Icy roads, side roads kept schools closed again today.

Not much interesting going on...working hard to get the extra pounds off.
