Got 18.4 miles in this AM in my cycling class. I was really sweating today. There is this one Pitbull song we really push through and she has us calling out to the words in the song "anybody. Somebody. everybody let's go!" We are working but those little additions helps make the work fun.

JRod your workouts sound tough. I hope you find the right combination of what works for you but keeps the motivation going.

I was curious if anyone here on the ROLL CALL uses that Silver Sneaker program through Medicare that pays towards gym membership? I was wondering how that works.

Bev-MI Checking in this morning with 4 miles on the treadmill. That was in two sessions. We have 3+ inches of new snow, on top of mud! Sun is shining. Haven't seen that for a week! Lots of fog and warm weather.

judycaret men and JRod, you two make me feel like a slug.

I did 10,000 steps with a friend and her growing puppy today. So much fun. Cold and beautiful blue skies. Really gorgeous day.

I am on day #4 of a miserable cold. So tired of this.

The good news is that I'm holding a good weight. Walking most every day is wonderful!
