Trainer day!

Set 1, repeated 3 times --wood chop with 10 lbs dumbbells, 12 reps --sliding mountain climbers, 20 reps --bar pull ups, inclined slightly, 10, 12, 12 reps --lunging lateral flies, 5 lbs dumbbells, 12 reps each leg 2X, 6 reps each leg last set

Set 2, repeated 3 times --squat with forward jump across and back --lying down chest flies, 10 lbs dumbbells, 12 reps --alternating plank dips, 10 reps --kneeling up downs, 5 reps each leg

I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do the jump portion of the squat sequence. Since my feet seem to refuse to come off the floor together, I thought she would have to change this. Guess what? I was able to do them! Now, the jumps were not far, but my feet cooperated and came together.

For the stretching, the table was being used by someone so we had to go to the floor on a mat. For me, it wasn't so bad, but the trainer had to work a bit harder to get the stretches done. Once again, the stretching was very m...See More
