Back to the gym today. Yesterday was spent running errands with my mother.

Today I increased the weights on most of my exercises but kept the reps the same. I was sore from Monday's workout but pushed myself a bit since I felt I was ready. I asked a woman I had seen following a weightlifting program about it today. She was very informative and I may get myself moving into the program I have been avoiding.

Cardio was day 2 of the C25K app. I didn't feel quite as light and fast as I did on Monday. My pace was a little slower but I covered a little bit more distance. I think this happened during the minute run portions since my brisk walk portion was quite so brisk.

After the gym, I went to by some supplements (BCCAs helps with soreness and some protein powder for my smoothies) and then to the nail salon. I got the works done there (mani, pedi, wax). I was looking a bit rough!
