I am taking tomorrow off and just taking time to relax. We are heading into several days of 90 degrees. Saturday is training day and we bumping up miles and speed. My poor body needs some rest on the joints.

Well...I retired yesterday--so I started today by attending a "Sculpt" class. Some weights, balance exercises, abs, etc.

Today was cardio day! I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and did intervals. Four minutes at 3.0-4.0 with an incline of 2.5-3.5 and one minute at 2.5 and no incline. My focus was to keep my heart rate at 60% of my max. After the treadmill, I made sure to stretch, stretch, stretch!
