I taught kindergarten and there is a lot of laminating that goes on there! That said, we had a laminator for our use and it was available whenever we needed it. As to the success of such a business, I think it would depend on cost and how convenient it would be to bring things to you - late evening and weekend hours would be important as would a quick turn around time. If you offered to pick up and deliver the laminating I might be interested.
