Workout
--hack squat (alternative used since this machine doesn't exist in my gym), 42.5 lbs, 8 reps, 4 sets
--leg extension, 80 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets
--barbell incline bench press, 45 lbs, 8 reps, 4 sets
--triceps overhead extension with rope, 12.5 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets
--leverage high row, 32.5 lbs, 8 reps, 4 sets
--rope straight arm pulldown, 17.5 lbs (1 set), 22.5 lbs (sets 2 and 3), 10 reps, 3 sets
--weighted hip thrust, 16 lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets
total weight lifted 7,840 lbs
