I really have not done any exercise except walking the dgd to or from school. I figured my long ride Saturday could count for a couple shorter exercise days. I actually have a good excuse because I have reentered the work force as of yesterday. I am going to co teach in a small preschool four mornings M-TH til 12:30. I actually got offered two jobs but this one fit my criteria- close to home, half days with at least one full day during the week off. This was perfect. The staff is great and my co teacher is super organized. I am excited that this opened up last week for me. These hours work perfectly for our family with all the grandkids' activities going on. Same holidays off. Summer off to cycle. I'm good.
So, since outside rides are numbered with fall around the corner, I should still be able to do spinning on Friday and Sunday this winter.

Feet are slowly improving. I went to the doctor for the joint pain and they are just strained. Doctor said to lay of lifting until zero pain. That may be weeks or months, just depends on me following orders.
