School is still going well. We have our staff meeting Monday and my classroom is in charge of meal. I tried out a new entree on the family last night and they gave its thumbs up: crockpot vegetarian Mexican taco casserole. I subbed veggie crumbles for the meat and it has black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with chilis, taco flavoring, garlic and onion - all over a bed if brown rice and melted cheese over the top. I thought Elaine has had that before.
We had a fabulous time in our football package weekend last weekend. It was really fun. I was ready for something like that.

Judy: we are a small school and we have our monthly staff meeting right after class is over. The classrooms take turns providing the meal. It's my co teacher and my turn to feed the staff of seven.
