EXERCISE ROLL CALL - Friday

After a VERY brisk walk and back with the 7 year old, I thawed out enough midway through the first hour to put in 17 miles on the bike. I left home at 8:15 this morning for a hat walk and I didn't get home til 3 just doing errands. One more piano recital to go to tonite after a week of all sorts of required school events for 3 grandkids, and life will belong to us again! We enjoyed all of the events and are very proud of their accomplishments.

Bev-MI Hi, men. It's so good to see Roll Call is still here. I have be very lax in reporting in. Still staying with DM at night. She is doing fine, a little forgetful and does too much worrying.

I keep plugging away at the pt place with exercise equipment and some hall walking. WW weigh in today: -1.6# Happy dance here.
