I am looking for my band teacher who taught in Dallas/Irving school district around 1980-2000 ish, give and take a few years. I tried calling the school and the district office to no avail. I'm told because of HIPAA (which I thought only applied to medical services and not old student looking for retired teachers). Even though, I didn't end up studying music, I would like to let her know that she played a significant role in my life and my success in life. If any one can give me some idea how best I could find her?
