Getting around later than usual, I put an hour in at the pt place with 2 miles on treadmill, and 5 minutes on new stepper machine. When i get off that, my legs are shaking! I still need to get more steps in today. Only 6,772, so far.
Elaine, you are one amazing lady with your stepping numbers! jrod, I am glad you are feeling better and your dh is joining in your walks. Where are the other exercisers? Come join us if you are out there "lurking".

Yes, Bev, it's fun to see roll call again. You get to count double steps from a device that makes your legs shake!
