Just in case you think this sounds negative - you did ask fior the stressors and not the rewards. Alo, I am in a very happy teaching situation at the moment and really appreciating it :-)

Unreasonable parents + admin that does not support you = Stress/Burnout. I can deal with pretty much anything else.
