Bev, so good to hear from you. Oh, I hope that the night relief for you works out. This sort of situation is so fraught with emotions. Your mother is so fortunate that you live so close and have been so supportive for so many years. Kudos for your steps!!

Men, you are the busy one today/Thursday. Don't those afternoon naps feel heavenly? I'll cross my fingers for a dry Saturday for you.

We were on the road yesterday--1 hour trip in the morning to have the radio replaced on the new car. Grrr. I comforted myself with a trip to Macy's. Bike ride in the evening with a walk between. 15,628 steps. Good stepping on Wednesday, too. I'm trying to compensate for the lean days.

I've done 2 walks by noon today, so I'm over my 10K. It's out to the garden after lunch. Finally. Slow planting with all the rain. Shrinking garden each year--ha!

I got my two "scooter walks" to school today, got in over 17 miles in spinning class and I finished ALL of my gardening this afternoon. I already had my soil prepared so putting in plants and seeds were easy. I got mine in between rains. ...See More

Bev-MI My gosh, you gals are like a blur, such moving! great activities. Men, 9 pounds is a wonderful accomplishment. I was down almost 2# today at WW. Stress. judy, Love the M&M rewards. I have a bag stashed, when needed!
