Teaching is one of the most demanding jobs out there and yet teacher wellbeing is still widely misunderstood by the people making decisions about it. I'm a postgraduate researcher at the University of Warwick, and my dissertation is investigating exactly that: what drives teacher dissatisfaction, and whether policymakers actually grasp the reality on the ground.
If you've ever felt undervalued, burnt out, or like the people in charge just don't get it, this survey is your chance to be heard. It takes around 12 minutes and your responses are completely anonymous.
