Is there something I should do to have those looked at? I assume that I won't be considered for those areas if I haven't been reevaluated... is that correct?

Generally you would probably not be considered if you have no areas showing as qualified by DoDDS but it is possible and has happened in the past. I would pick up the phone and call HR to try and get someone to look at your application before they get into the insanely busy part of the recruitment season.

I have been told by HR more than once if you are pending in a category your name would show on a referral list. If there is interest in you the admin can request HR evaluate it.
