Does anyone know where in the application does it show if one's application is active or inactive? or any kind of status? I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find anything. TIA
Gary When I got my offer, the EAS sent me an automated email telling me that my application was inactive. Then I got a call from HQ with my formal offer. Then I got my paperwork via email. Sometimes the call comes first and then the inactive EAS email.

infiniti4 My experience has been that if you are able to make any updates/changes, your application is still active. When HR contacted me about my job offer, I received another email that said my account was "inactive". SandArt Click on application. (See upper right hand corner by quals & reports) Look at the third section down which says "Target Location and Date (Overseas/Stateside) Indicate your teaching location and date preferences" Make sure the date is for 2017-2018 and that your availability date is correct.

haha When you login click on application and look in the upper left hand corner. If your file is inactive because they are considering you for a position it will say something like: "The DoDEA staff is currently processing your application. You will be unable to make changes at this time. "
