The position is for FLES (Spanish) and ESL. I took ESL classes last year to help me have a better chance with DODEA and it's paying off!

It's a non-factor in your day to day life. It's something to be aware of and try and stay informed about but from all available information/scientific data it appears to not be a major problem if you are outside of the affected area.
