I was recently married and I'm in the process of formally changing my name with Social Security, however, it has not been processed yet. At what point do I change my name on my application? I have interviews this week; if an offer is made in the next week or so, will I be able to accept it with my married name (even though I haven't received my new SS card yet) or should I keep my maiden name on there? I have my marriage license and can upload that, but SS card isn't official yet. I also have to wait to change my drivers license/passport, because I booked a flight for late APril in my maiden name.
haha In general it would seem to make sense not to change your name on the application until you have ID etc in your new name. Either way it should not affect you being able to accept any offers, should they be made.

If you are in doubt about anything though you should call HR and ask them.
