I know the timelines are different for everyone, but if you have received orders...how long did it take after sending in the paperwork (physical, travel orders request, etc.)? I had hoped to be able to get my pack-out set up for late-June so we could spend July with my family...but I am thinking it might be tough to get it done if the orders don't come very soon.

Snow Lane Our landlord is willing to let us extend our lease by a month, but we need to let him know ASAP as they're beginning to show the house for a July 1 move in date.

HelpOthers Is it possible that HR is not working over time, but on the Pacific time zone schedule?

oregonslp Mary-Lorraine I believe they are working over time. My HR person mentioned something to that effect when I called her to confirm she had received my paperwork. Something along the lines of "I have to get all my teachers where they need to go by August, they are going to have me working all night!". She sounded frustrated and stressed. Snow Lane I agree with Oregonslp. I think they're working overtime because she also sent me e-mails at 8:50 am and 10:10am, which definitely wouldn't work with hours in the Pacific.

happyteacher They have some flexibility in their schedule.... as long as they work 80 hours in the two week pay period. It's possible they are working 10-12 hours to take a friday off.
