There is a chance this could happen but the military communities are going to put up one heck of a fight. I give it a 10% chance of happening across all installations within 5 years. Just a guess though!

True. It's written like a new story but it has been kicking around for years. It may happen, it may not. It is true that it may be one factor to consider when accepting a DoDEA stateside job.
