I recently received an update on my qualification tab to submit some additional documents, which I have. Does anyone have an idea of how long they take to reevaluate your records?

If you sent an e-mail indicating that you had submitted it, hopefully they will reply to the e-mail. I would check back for a couple weeks and if you don't see it change, I would contact them again.

It can take a few days, a few weeks, or a few months depending on who the evaluator is, what subject is being evaluated, and evaluators current workload.

Mine took roughly 3 weeks. Have you heard back yet?
