Ok. When I interviewed he said he had 8 people to interview after me. But I don't really know if he meant for just the position I was interviewing for or just in general. I would be surprised if there were 8 VI teachers on the list but who knows. Thanks Mary!

I would suspect that he was interviewing for several different positions that day. :)

Tough to say for sure. My impression has always been that 3-5 is fairly typical.
