I believe the AP pool on USAjobs.gov closes today (Sept 17th) - so make sure you get your application in fast if you haven't already applied!

Thank you Icanread. I have completed my application. Praying I hear something soon. I only selected Europe schools though so I know that limits me.

Just curious...does Principals have to stay at their duty station all summer over seas? I didn't know how that worked.

Of course I don't know for sure but for APs it looked like it was a 222 day position so that would be a month or so off. For principals I would assume they are a 12 month position. Maybe someone currently in a position would know for sure.

Admin do get some time off during the summer. They generally coordinate between principal and AP (if there is one) so that one of them is always there over the summer.
