The ones I know of only seem to pay/cover enough to offset some of the costs. We use GEHA.

There is no BEST health insurance. The actual location is the most important consideration when you choose an insurance provider. The FS is great in some locations and less so in others.
And some locations have incredibly wonderful local options, which are rarely considered, and others have nothing.

I am stateside and I have FS, after having had Blue Cross for a few years. Both are very good, but I found when switching to BC (after being advised to do so by colleagues) that FS is cheaper on a monthly basis with lower copay on doctors' visits while coverage, out-of-pocket etc is substantially the same on the rest.
