Many DoDEA sites are currently down and we were told that there would be an outage starting last Saturday for a few days so it's possible you have just had bad timing. Keep trying.

I am still not able to access the DODEA website but I am able to get into my application by going directly to EAS.

The EAS site (and other gov sites) are often down on the weekends.
